Sorry, this happens sometimes during peak hours (in the evening).  However, the comment count should be correct on your private version of your page (the page you see when you're logged in.) It should also be correct when you click into your site to see your comments.

One way to temporarily fix the eprop/comment count, is to update your site.  This will automatically fix the number of eprops and comments you get on your site.
