Your metro should show up right away in your profile module - both on your public home page, and on your public profile page.

That said, we don't display newly suggested metros in the Metros Directory right away.  This is to give us some time to see if other Xangans use and visit the suggested metro. 

If they do, than we will add the metro to the Metros Directory.
