I've never heard of Xanga, why has Xanga billed me?


If you have never heard of Xanga, and yet have had your credit/debit cards or PayPal accounts billed by Xanga.com, we are happy to help resolve this situation.

First, we have found that it often helps to first ask family members or anybody with potential access to your card or PayPal login information if they've heard of Xanga and paid for Xanga Premium.

Next, if you are still perplexed--or if you are the person billed and you don't authorize the purchase--please contact us using the proper form:

If you know the Xanga username for the transaction, or the email address connected with the Xanga username, please send that as well.
