If auto-approval of members is off, then Leaders will be asked to manage a list of pending, approved, and disapproved members.

In addition, any member of the blogring can also see the list of pending, approved, and disapproved members.  This is designed to create transparency in the application process.

That said, Xangans who are not members (or are not signed in) will not be able to see who is pending, approved, or disapproved.
