I've been trying to upload a video onto my site all day - it says it uploads, but all that shows in my video manager is a blank box, and when I go to play it it shows the title and length but just a blank black box - no picture or audio whatsoever. What's going on?

As a side question, when was this new format for help started? I much preferred the old, more structured, standard FAQ - this new forum way doesn't answer half as many questions and the questions aren't as simple to locate. Why did you change from the standard format that answered everything important and was super easy to navigate?
