• Unable to Update Password

    Hi! I'd like to eventually access posts that were made under our sterrettfamily account (http://www.xanga.com/sterrettfamily), but at this point I'm unable to log in. I don't remember the password, and my guess is the emails to reset the password are being sent to an email address we no longer have (@sprintmail.com). Is it possible to update the email address associated with that account to a current email address? Our current email address has domain @gmail.com instead of @sprintmail.com - otherwise the username before the @ is the same. Any help would be appreciated! --Phoebe

    PS: I still have a copy of the original 2/12/05 email welcoming us to Xanga. I could forward a copy if it would be helpful to prove we owned the sterrettfamily account. Thanks!

  • I have the same issue as my blog was registered under a Hotmail account which has been inactive and apparently deleted forever.

    How come there doesn't seem to be any customer service on this site to answer users' questions???
