okay.. so i changed the layout on my look & feel and it came up with this "Note: this page has *no impact* on your public site…" and obviously directed me where i needed to go. so i put my CSS in the RIGHT places there too, clicked save and it came up with this "processing" box. i left the tab, kept checking back, and found 3 hours later it's still 'processing'. so i repeat the process. check back another 2 hours later and it's processing it all over again.

why is it getting stuck on processing?! my public profile looks awful at the moment because it wont let me put a custom layout on, it just sits there for hours saying "processing..."

what do i do? thanks.
