From what I understand,

All sites have been archived, simply log onto your account and click the tab "My Sites" and page loads script; "We've saved your Xanga blog archives for you! These archives can be imported into any site powered by Wordpress. Click here to download them!"

Note: Zipped file requires html editor program to view files as in XML format.
