    It should happen immediately if you tick the "Make this your Default Profile Pic" box before uploading. Or you can manually make it your default later on, there should be no delays.

    I'm actually having the same problem. I upload a pic, set it as default, but when I look at my weblog, it's not showing up.

    The weird thing about it is, I had a profile pic before, and I decided to delete and change it. Now it won't work.
