Personal URL Email not working
Hey, I had this issue almost a year ago with my gmail-powered personal URL email address associated with my xanga account. Currently I can send emails from my account but I can't receive them, most likely because the target email address has been switched over to the new server. I know you guys are totally swamped with all the issues moving over to 2.0, so I'm being really patient. Last time I emailed someone from Xanga and they were able to change the MX records and get my email account back online. I'm not the webmaster for my personal URL (run through here), so I need a staff member to kindly do it for me. I've been without use of my business email for over a week now and it's a slight inconvenience. I'd appreciate it if a Xanga staff member can help out. Thanks!
