• Paid to be able to edit old blog, but can't...???

    On Friday, Sept. 12, I paid $48 via credit card to upgrade my old Xanga blog account to premium because I was getting a message that my subscription had expired, and while I could see it, I couldn't edit it.
    I'm still seeing the message (today, Monday, Sept. 15, at 6:15 p.m.) that mys subscription has expired and I still can't edit or delete my four years worth of blog posts.I have re-opened the site, so it's not that it's not been refreshed.
    Please help! Did I throw away $48 for nothing?????

  • Hi there,

    We always ask everyone to forward their payment invoice to help@xanga.net after they update their subscription so that we can manually renew their account.

    It doesn't look like we received an email from you but I checked and saw your paid for a renewal. Your account has been updated until 9/19/2015.
