    Paid for premium plus, only received premium

    Title is self-explanatory. I paid the $45 for 12 months of Premium Plus but my account settings shows it as "off" and my "premium" as being active for 12 months. The email I got confirming it even says Premium Plus in it.

    I checked your account and you definitely have premium plus and all its features. However, there is an error where on your premium status information the "plus" doesn't show up. I'll let our tech team know about this error.
