Paid but nothing happens
My subsciption expired, so I paid $48 two days ago to continue subscription.
But nothing happens so far, my blog exists as before, but I'm still unable to create, edit, or delete my blog entries.
I sent email to help@xanga.net but got no reply.
I was wondering if I can get a full refund......

Same thing happened to me dude. My post is the one below yours. I filed a dispute with paypal for a refund. If we both go in together about this, I'm sure we can get it back.
Are you atleast able to see your blog? I can't even view it at this point, let alone post or edit.

That's crazy!!! I'm wondering what is going on with Xanga too because my subscription exprired as well, and now I can't even download my posts to transfer them on to Wordpress. I sent an email to help@xanga.com and nada as well.
Xanga really has gone downhill. If I were you I would try to get your money back. Something fishy has been going on with Xanga for a while now. I just want to be able to transfer all of my posts to another site, because at the moment I can't even add a new post or edit anything, and I want to KEEP my old blog posts. I don't even know how to "renew" my membership so that I can gain full access again!
I used to LOVE Xanga, but now this site is so frustrating. :(

Yea, I'm not about to let the 50 dollars just slip on by. Have you tried disputing this on paypal? I've sent in a complaint and have been getting back no response. Could you please email me and we can try and resolve this? alfredalfer77@gmail.com

Guys, I finally got the reply from Xanga and my blog was reactivated again.
Hopefully you guys will hear form them very soon.

All sites have been archived. Log onto your account and click the tab "My Sites" and page loads script; "We've saved your Xanga blog archives for you! These archives can be imported into any site powered by Wordpress. Click here to download them!"
Note: Zipped file requires html editor program to view files as in XML format.
