old theme is not up

Hi,
I paid for the one year membership and gotten back my blog entries and everything looks good to go except my theme. Please revert back my old theme. Please please please.

I got lifetime premium and everything is there except my theme too. Can I have my theme back too please?

I built my theme manually. Really missing my header and the freedom it gave me to insert all kinds of code. Will we be getting headers back?
