• No Response For 2 Months Now

    I have been contacting Xanga for two months now about renewing my blog subscription. It expired in May and I would like to renew it for another year, however, I can't get anyone to respond and let me know what I need to do. I have sent numerous emails and not received a single response. I finally contacted them via Facebook and received a quick response from Joel stating that he had passed my message along to Eugenia and I should hear something from them soon- another week has gone by and I have yet to hear anything.

    I am beyond frustrated at this point and not sure what to do/who to contact.
