Looking to retrieve old blog
Hello:
Like many others on this forum, I recently logged into my xanga account for the first time in years and found, much to my dismay, that all my old blog posts were unavailable. (The photos still appeared, however.) If possible, I would like to retrieve these old posts. I do not think I met the criteria for the initial data migration and was unable to upgrade to xanga 2.0. Please let me know if there is a way I might obtain my archive.

Hello! I just checked out your site, and noticed that your blog didn't meet the criteria we had for generating a blog archive: http://hearmysong918.xanga.com/.
That said, we still have the original hard drives with old blogs on them and are looking into plugging them in and generating new archives for older blogs like yours.
No need to do anything. Thanks for your patience as we work on migrating over more archives!
Also, in the meantime one of my programmers said that you might want to see if http://archive.org captured your site. All you have to do is type in the blog address in the Wayback Machine portion.
