Currently, the Xanga default is to use Themes.

As stated above, you can reach the Look & Feel at http://edit.xanga.com/claf.aspx

However, if you are currently using Xanga Themes, the Look & Feel won't do anything to your site. So you'll have to disable Themes. To do that, click Edit Themes (either on your private page or the top of our site). Uncheck the little box on the left that says "Make this your active theme." Then save.

Now, go to your Look & Feel, and it should be like it used to be.
