I renewed my account May 23, 2019
I checked into my xanga site & read the following message; "It looks like your Xanga subscription expired on May 27th, 2019." This message seemed a little strange to me since I had sent my $48.00 to renew my xanga subscription on May 23, 2019 through the PayPal system. Will I be given access to my account or No?!!! I think I will be surprised if it is reinstated!

I am having the same problem! My account was due to expire May 24, 2019. I paid through Paypal on May 7th and have sent several emails to xanga, have tried to contact them on Facebook and by phone - NOTHING!! I may be able to complain to Paypal that I did not receive goods that I paid for, but will wait a bit longer.

i did the same and could not raise any info or email replies. i put in a claim on paypal and received a refund after a month. i'm disappointed to say the least and i know of no way to retrieve archives with a suspended account. when they refunded the money i figured xanga is permanently over. impossible to find any info at all on a web search about anything to do with xanga.
