Ridiculous ratings. No wonder why Xanga has gone down hill.

Two people rank a site, and explicit at that, and no one else who isn't "validated" can now go on the site? What happened to voting with your mouseclick and move away. It hasn't been explicit for years anyways. Who the heck rates sites?

How do you get that fixed if no one can read it and re-rank it?
