how do i create or design my own theme

Sign into your account and click "Edit Theme", which will take you into your theme editor here:

http://www.xanga.com/home2.aspx?exp=1

Then click "Start New Theme" over on the right (you should see it just under your username in the top toolbar).

Haha, and then... you design your own theme.

You'll see tons of options for adjusting background colors & images, borders, text, fonts & links as well as the overall dimensions of your page. You can quickly change your basic "layout" (this setting will adjust the number of columns on your page and the order of those columns) and you can even add custom CSS to make any final tweaks you might want:

CSS = cascading style sheet Um, I think it's just this way of coding that you can use to design a site.
