• Expired Account

    Hi,

    I haven't looked at my account for a while, but I was aware that I needed to renew my Premium subscription. Looking at my account, there's no option to renew, nor can I access/edit any of my posts. What's happening? I've always been able to add/edit posts between Premium subscriptions before.

    We've extended your Xanga 2.0 subscription but you'll want to renew before September 15, 2014. We're working on adding subscription renewal to the Xanga 2.0 dashboard but for now you can use PayPal (can also pay via credit card through this page) to purchase a one-year membership for Xanga 2.0: http://bit.ly/1dcERuj

    If you could forward your Paypal confirmation email along with your username to help@xanga.net, we will extend your subscription another 12 months.

  • Eugenia, I cannot find a place to write to you directly, so I am hoping you will pick up on this note thru this 'response':

    Hello,

    Lynn Williams here. I had my xanga account ( http://mr-turniphead.xanga.com/ ) renewed (the original expiration date was 11/1/14) Octorber 28, 2014 through a Visa payment of $50.00. My Visa account for November indicates that XANGA ACCEPTED payment for this account 10/28/14.

    I learned this last Saturday (11/22/14) that my Xange account is now considered 'expired' by XANGA. Question: Since according to Visa, you all have ACCEPTED my payment, WHOSE ACCOUNT was credited with my $50.00 payment? Don't you think it might be a good idea to get that amount credited to the PROPER ACCOUNT so that I can continue to keep my xanga files available and able to edit them, etc., etc.??

    Here's to hoping you will get this snafu straightened around before my xanga files are entirely deleted!

    You can email me at help@xanga.net. We no longer renew payments to Xanga automatically. Was this payment through PayPal?

    I've added an additional free 6 months to your account. Could you please email me the details of the $50 payment. If you signed up for an additional year of subscription I'd be happy to add another year to your account.
