Dear Xanga,
I have been blogging since a long time ago and maybe I was not that active last year but I had been paying my suscriptions monthly.
Please help me with the retrieval of my archives and where I may download them. It would be devastating to lose all these blog memories.

When I click on http://blackdecal.xanga.com/wp-admin/export.php... it says I do not have sufficient permission to enter.
When I logged in, theres no link to download the archives as well.
Please advise.

After which, I would like to find out if I can still continue to blog on Xanga. If so, how to? I don't seem to be able to find a page telling me where to suscribe.

Hi Eugenia,
My account, parentheticalthoughts, was made up of almost entirely private posts. Would love to be able to download them, though I don't see any options to do so in logging in. If there is anything I can do to gain access to them, I would like to do so.
Please advise when you can.

I just checked out your site, and noticed that your blog didn't meet the criteria we had for generating a blog archive: http://parentheticalthoughts.xanga.com/That said, we still have the original hard drives with old blogs on them and are looking into plugging them in and generating new archives for older blogs like yours.
No need to do anything. Thanks for your patience as we work on migrating over more archives!

I have the same issue; I haven't logged into my account in years and there doesn't appear to be archives of my posts, but is there still a way to get them back?
