Go to your theme editor, under edit options, click on "remix theme."

the first editable section to pop up should be the background. for background image, click "add an image." then copy and paste the URL of the image you would like and then the theme editor should accept it.

if you don't want the image to move as you scroll the page, check "fixed" in the tick box.
