Does Premium give you more design options?

I have read some comments about Skins, which is something available to the Premium users. If I am right, it allows you to work in CSS. I have never been able to completely understand CSS (even during a web class) so I apologize if this question is stupid.

What I would like to be able to do on my blog is the ability to add another "page" to the Header where it usually has the clickable list of Weblog, albums, profile, chatboard, etc. I want to be able to add another page to that for just recommended links that I have talked about in my blog entries so that everything is in one spot for people to look at. Otherwise, currently I have just been using the modules to piece together a little space for some links that I recommend.

What would help me do what I want? Is paying for Premium my answer?

Just use a 'custom module' in the header.. free. lol.

With regards to the whole having an actual page for links - I'm pretty sure you cannot do that. You can't actually add pages. Not even with premium :/
So you can't have a link for it in the navigation bar.

However, as anonymiaous mentioned (I think this is what you're doing now) - you can just use a custom module, it's not too bad (:

That was what I was afraid of. Lol. Guess it was wishful thinking. I will try to work around it.

Yes, I have been using the custom module already. The only part I don't like about it is it junks up the design of the front page then. People don't want to spend time reading or scrolling, but if I can't do it I can't do it!

Thank you both for your answers! :-)
