What do you type into the script prompt?

Are you not able to see the information on the prompt? It should tell you what word to type out into the space.

I'd like to recover my old posts, but have had no luck (but no shortage of "bridge to nowhere" options post-Xanga 2.0. Please either delete my account or help me to find my old entries, whichever is easier.
