I am having the same problem... I had just signed up for a blog here when they were making the switch and have yet to post... but for some reason nothing is showing up I only have two dashed boxes :-\

I'm bummed out BIG time! I just went to go on my xanga site and look at my old posts.. I can't believe its been almost 10 years! Every now and then I go back and read the stories I've posted and it brings back all the memories. I hope they bring it up soon cause I cant read my posts from the zip folder they provided.

@Divided_Skies- Once you have a copy of your blog posts on your own computer, you can do one of two things:
1. Upload your archives to another site that's compatible with your blog archives.
WordPress.com is one such free site... instructions on how to do that in WP here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/import-from-xanga/
2. Upgrade your account to Xanga 2.0, and stay on Xanga.

I cant write a new post either. all that the links do is send me in circles. I don't care about personalizing the background, I'm not worried about my old blogs, I'm mostly just interested in posting more and that seems to be the one thing I cant figure out how to do. getting discouraged here
