  • cannot udpated my xanag

    Dear Admin,

    Hi, i just follow your instruction to update to version2, however, after my updated, i cannot find my board, can you advise the right process to go to?

    Did you pay to upgrade to a Xanga 2.0 subscription to keep blogging on Xanga? Or are you trying to import your archives to Wordpress?

  • I also wanted to have a Xanga 2.0 subscription so I could continue to use my blog. I was a premium user of Xanga for years, and then this past January I ran into an issue with my bank and that account was closed, and it shut off my Xanga subscription. I don't want to transfer my files to Wordpress, as I already have wordpress blogs. I have not had any luck in renewing my membership, and every link I hit for help takes me to Wordpress. Please tell me I can get my Xanga back?

    We've extended your Xanga 2.0 subscription but you'll want to renew by August 5, 2014. We're working on adding subscription renewal to the Xanga 2.0 dashboard but for now you can use PayPal (can also pay via credit card through this page) to purchase a one-year membership for Xanga 2.0: http://bit.ly/1dcERuj

    If you could forward your Paypal confirmation email along with your username to help@xanga.net, we will extend your subscription another 12 months.
