I've had xanga since 2005 and it's been my safe haven ever since. I wrote EVERYTHING in there. I used it more as an online journal rather than a blog. I hadn't logged in for a while... and when I did today I about cried. I had memories of a relative who passed and good girl lessons in there (that i wanted to share with my daughter) so therefore i upgraded to the premium for $48 out of panic. Now, I've retrieved all of the things I want but I am okay letting go of xanga and no longer using it. I am wondering if I can have a refund (or even partial) since I will not be using it and If i could have my website taken down. I'm hoping for a response, simply because I don't want to BLOG... I used this as an online journal. I did not have any interactions with anyone other than my best friend (and even that was like once a year).
