Is my account able to be restored? Can I see my old post? What do I need to do to be able to join premium?

Hi John, I feel your pain, WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED! Why am I paying to post now? I was a basic user before and I just want classic xanga back. What happenened? can we contact anyone via phone?
I've lost all my archives and everything, navigation for 2.0 is HORRIBLE. -

Hello! I just checked out your site, and noticed that your blog didn't meet the criteria we had for generating a blog archive: http://johnrunge316.xanga.com/
That said, we still have the original hard drives with old blogs on them and are looking into plugging them in and generating new archives for older blogs like yours.
No need to do anything. Thanks for your patience as we work on migrating over more archives!
Also, in the meantime one of my programmers said that you might want to see if http://archive.org captured your site. All you have to do is type in the blog address in the Wayback Machine portion.

When you have a copy of your blog posts on your own computer, you can do one of two things:
1. Upload your archives to another site that's compatible with your blog archives.

2. Upgrade your account to Xanga 2.0, and continue blogging on Xanga.
