When I tried to download the backup files, nothing happened. I am on a Mac, so perhaps that is why, but this really is devistating to me. </p> <p>Just because I wasn't active in signing in, doesn't mean I wasn't active in reading old posts. I feel like someone burned my diary and would really like an answer and help. I don't know why I didn't receive an email, but perhaps it's an old email address. </p>
