<description>&#60;p&#62;Hi, I have just subcribed the premium plus for one month at around end of August.&#60;br /&#62;
I was not informed at all there would be such upgrade/migration at all at the time which might affect the performance and use when I did the subscription.&#60;br /&#62;
I was not able to use my xanga during this period and I don't know when the xanga can be back to normal for service since there are still such a mess.&#60;br /&#62;
I would like to request for the extension of the service at least 2 months due to the mess incurred. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I have been using xanga over 6 years and I really don't wanna give up due to such mess.&#60;br /&#62;
Looking for your early reply and positive response.&#60;br /&#62;
