&#60;p&#62;From what I can see of your page, you're using Look and Feel. The pulse shows up when you use Themes - because its a feature of that.&#60;br /&#62;
So if you switch over to Themes, the module thing for it should appear - if not you can add it.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I don't precisely remember... But I think on the top of your Look and Feel page, there's a message from Xanga that basically says - still using Look and Feel? switch to Themes -- that should get you switched over (:
