There have been some codes popping up that let people change the titles "Names, Country, Interests, etc" that show up in the profile module.  So if you're feeling lucky and if your friend really knows what they're doing, then ask for the code.  Most likely, they'll be more than happy to give you the code and help you add it.

If we did ever support a rename feature, it would be a feature native to Xanga - not a Code. Sorry about this!
