Am I eligible for a refund?
If this is not your first Xanga premium purchase, or 30 days have passed since you started using Xanga premium, you are not eligible for a refund. However we can cancel your Premium subscription so you will not be *rebilled* again.
Xanga Premium services are automatically renewed (and re-billed) at the end of every service period unless you email a request to cancel your premium services. This is outlined in the Premium Service Agreement which is agreed upon when signing up for a premium account

A reminder note also appears on the premium account info page: "Please note: all premium service plans except gifts are automatically renewed at the end of each service period unless you cancel your services at least 14 days prior to the renewal date."
