No problem... There are two ways you can prevent your profile pic from appearing next to your comments:

1. Don't Have a Default Profile Pic - unless you choose otherwise, your Default Profile Pic will appear next to your comments. If you don't have a default profile pic, then no pic will appear next to your comments.
   
   To make sure you have no Default Profile Pic, just go to your "Profile Pic" manager:

   Look in the last column ("Default Pic")... If any of your pics say "Yes" in that column, it means that pic is your current default. Just click the "Yes" to change it to "No", which means you'll no longer have a default profile pic.
   
   
2. "Choose" No Picture When You Leave a Comment - every time you leave a comment, you'll see a little "Choose »" link under the comment box that lets you choose a specific profile pic. It also lets you choose "no picture", which means no pic will appear next to your comment.
