I canceled my subscription, why do I still have Premium features on my account?
After you cancel your subscription, your premium will remain active through the end of your current service period.
For example, let's say you purchase Premium for your account on January 1st for 12 months. On November 1st, you contact us and ask to "cancel your subscription" so your account won't automatically be charged on the next January 1st. Even after receiving an email confirming the cancelation of your ongoing subscription, you will still have access to Xanga Premium features on your account until January 1st, when your Premium subscription expires.
