We don't support popups. 

Some outside scripts such as Chatterbox and CoolCounter do use popups though, so if you've installed them on your site you may see popups.  Or, if you're visiting a site with a Chatterbox or a CoolCounter - then you may see a popup as well.

These popups have *nothing* to do with Xanga.  We have never supported popups, and have no plans to ever do so.
