Someone has hacked my account and changed my password!


We will do what we can to help.

It's possible that only the password was changed, but not the email address.  To find out what your password was changed to, please use the password retrieval page:

Otherwise, we need to verify that you did have access to the account.  Towards that end, please pull together the following information:

  • The username that has been hacked
  • The original e-mail used to register the site on Xanga

Your IP address will be logged, and we will investigate the situation and get back to you.
