I never got a free trial, can you please give me one?


Every Xanga account automatically gets a 21-day free trial of Xanga Premium a few days after registration. Each account only gets one free trial, so if you would like a "second free trial", your best bet is to sign up for another free account and get a free trial on that account.

We notify you of your free trial by sending you an email, although it is not necessary to receive the email to activate your free trial. If you didn't receive this email notification, you can check out this list of common reasons this could have happened:

  1. The email address you associated with your Xanga account may be invalid. You can check this here:
  1. Your email provider may route Xanga's email into a SUSPECTED SPAM folder. You can check with your email provider for details. You may need to add Xanga.com to your email "whitelist" (or remove it from a email "blacklist").
