It's been more than 30 minutes since my account was frozen, and I still can't signin!
If your account keeps getting frozen over and over, than there's a good chance that you may not be signing in with the latest password.
This can result in an username getting frozen over and over, as the invalid password gets entered again and again. It may seem like the account has been frozen for days, but in reality it is getting frozen over and over.
If this is happening to you, you may want to stop trying to signin for a bit - and make sure you're using the latest password! More on that here:
