What is my "links bar", and where can I find it?
Microsoft's Internet Explorer includes a feature known as the Links Bar that enables one click access to your favorite web sites. The Links bar is added below the "standard buttons" and "address" bars at the top of the browser.
If the Links bar is not visible, click the VIEW menu, point to TOOLBARS, and then click LINKS.
The Links bar will appear at the top of your browser. To move the Links bar, drag the Links Bar to where you would like it to appear.
