You can add new members to your Protected List using your Protected List Manager:

1. GO TO YOUR PROTECTED LIST MANAGER

Click on the "Protected Posting" link in that first module on the left side of your private Xanga site. It should bring you straight to your Protected List Manager:

2. CLICK ON ADD MEMBERS

See the "Add Members" button at the bottom of the page? Click it.

3. CHOOSE OPTION FOR ADDING MEMBERS

There are two options for adding new members:

Add New Members:

Option 1: Add Members from Your Subscriptions List Option 2: Add Other Members (not on your Subscriptions list)

We built Option 1 as a convenience for our users. We figured, odds are that you're already friendly with people you'd like to add to your Protected List. And a lot of those friends are likely to be people on your Subscriptions list.

If you haven't had the chance to add your friends to your Subscriptions list, then Option 2 is the right choice for you. It will let you type in all of your friends' usernames by hand.

4a. ADDING MEMBERS FROM YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS LIST

The members of your Subscriptions list will appear with checkboxes next to them. Check the users you'd like to add to your Protected List, and then click the "Add Members" button on the bottom of the page.

If there are more than 100 people on your Subscriptions list, then you'll have a choice of two buttons after you mark off the checkboxes: "Add & Next" or "Add & Done". The first button will keep you going through the next 100 names on your Subscriptions list, while the second button will finish the adding process.

4b. ADDING OTHER MEMBERS (NOT ON YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS LIST)

You should see 10 fields on this page. 

Enter the Xanga Usernames of the members you want to add to your list. You can add up to 10 new members at a time. If you'd like to add more than 10 names, just repeat this process as many times as you need.
