You cannot delete individual recommendations but you can hide all recommendations a post has received by turning off Recommend for your site. Note that this disables Recommend for all posts on your site. Also, the recommendations would be displayed again if you enable Recommend.

To turn of Recommend for your site, go to your privacy preferences page:

Select "no" for Recommend and click on "Save Changes" - that should do it!
