If we're supposed to "reserve a double dose [of eprops] for exceptional posts", then how come the default is set to two eprops?
We originally set the default to "comment only"... but we got complaints from people who wanted the default set to two eprops.
There are still a lot of "one eprop" and "zero eprops" given out, so the impact of this change seems to be relatively limited.
