I sent my check long ago, where's my Premium?!


It takes a few days for your check to arrive at Xanga HQ. We process all checks shortly after they arrive, and you should receive an automatic email notification once your check has been processed.

If it's been a week or longer and your account has still not been upgraded to Premium, it's possible that you didn't include your tracking-number or username with your check, and we haven't been able to give you credit for your purchase. If you think this is the case, please contact us with your Xanga username, real name, and address so we can identify which check is yours:
