Someone with access to your credit card has gone through the age verification process to use the Xanga Safe Browse EX setting.  This $1 charge is NOT a transaction, it is only an authorization to verify age through validating a credit card.  This means that the $1 charge will disappear after a few business days and will NOT be taken from your account.
