For now, all metro updates are displayed in Eastern Standard Time. :-(

We realize that it makes more sense for Last Updated timestamps to reflect the actual timezone of each metro.  We're working on a way to automatically determine the timezone of each metro.  Once we've figured that out, we'll add timezone support for metros.
