Here you can turn off automatic rebilling by toggling the "Yes" under 'Rebill' to "No".  This will instantly take you off of automatic rebills.

Just to explain how a premium subscription works, If you pay for Xanga Premium on your own account using a credit card or PayPal account, your account will be automatically renewed (and your credit card or paypal account automatically rebilled) on your billing date. For example, if you buy a subscription for 1-month of Xanga Premium on January 1st, you will be automatically rebilled for 1 month of Xanga Premium services on February 1st.
