If a site is rated D: Discretion Required, than any Xangan reading the site must be signed in, with a profile age over the age of 18. Over time, Xanga will add an option that allows for Parents or Legal Guardians to give their minor children approval to view D-rated content.

If a site is rated EX: Explicit Content, than all visitors are required to be:

• Signed in Xanga members with a profile over 18 years old, with
• Credit-card verification, and
• A Digital Signature, swearing under penalty of perjury that the signer is at least 18 years old

If a visitor does not meet all three stringent requirements, they will not have access to the EX-rated site.
